STANDARD DELIVERY
We only deliver to countries within European Union.
Orders are usually shipped on the day we receive them or the next working day, depending on the payment type.
As per our terms & conditions, we are not responsible for any additional taxes and/or custom costs, which might be the result of our shipments.
Shipping costs depend on the country in which the items are being shipped and the weight of the parcels we ship. The costs are calculated in the cart.
Think Ink j.d.o.o. can not be held responsible for any supplementary costs incurred by a customer caused delayed/lost/misrouted orders.
RECEIPT OF GOODS
Upon arrival of the items, please check each parcel you receive for visible or noticeable damages. These have to be documented immediately, to help you with claims.
In case of severe damages (e.g.: a package is broken, dented or significant water damage) please refuse the delivery of the package. If you urgently need the goods in this package, you can accept the package but please document the damages and the contents of the package with the carrier service.
Before you open damaged parcels, please make some pictures of the damages and provide them to us.
CANCELATION POLICY
Here at Think Ink j.d.o.o., we aim to provide an excelent customer service. In case you want to alter or cancel your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us by email or phone. We will cancel your order if your items have not yet been sent. If the parcel has been sent, please refer to our return policy.
RETURN POLICY
We will accept returns of the items that will arrive back to us unused and unopened. Please note that the product must be in the same condition as it was when it was delivered.
The return costs are payed by the customer.
In case that you want to return the product that was damaged during delivery, please contact us by email, provide us with the photos and we will pay for the return costs and also issue full refund.
